The pulp is yellow in colour. The fruits are large-very large (200 grams) with a regular round shape. The skin is thin – medium thick, not resilient, but susceptible to russeting. On the bright yellow ground colour, there is a shiny medium-red overcolour, around 50-80% of the surface. The pulp is yellow, medium solid. Around the stone, there is a strong anthocyanic colour. The tissue of the fruit is not fibery, slightly sweet, more acidic, gently spicy, aromatic, succulent and not bitter. Good nutrient content and storability. |
